about

You begin on a warm, sunny day. You're laying on a hill, clouds flowing above your head - West, towards the mistiest of mountains. The sun beams down, forever a beautiful temperature, and you become steadily more aware that you've been out here for hours. You scrunch your feet together, pulling grass up between your toes, and begin to stand. You should head home before your boss figures out that you didn't deliver that shipment of enchanted apples to Madame Guildford, and that you have, in fact, donated them to the local orphanage.

Similarly, you may have woken up on a beach. Or in a jungle. This album is created to be the soundtrack to your own 8 bit adventure. I have included a number of themes, including a shop theme, mystical castle or evil corporation theme, mad doctor or evil scientist theme, and some battle/victory themes. There is also a Game Over track, for the days in which nothing seems to be going right, and an optional love theme. I do not enforce the use of the optional love theme.

I hope that you enjoy this work, and I'll hopefully begin work on the next adventure album as soon as my character returns from his long and weary adventure to retrieve the legendary masturbasword.
